Get a basic urinalysis (not a drug or alcohol test)
Delta Health will fill out all the necessary paperwork to process the exam results. We will provide you with all necessary paperwork for the DOT and also a copy for your employer. We will also provide you with a DOT medical card (we provide a laminated version so it will last!).
